ToolzHive provides free online tools for working with text, images, PDFs, code, colors and more. We build every tool carefully, but the tools and the information on this website are provided "as is" for general informational purposes. This disclaimer explains the limits of what you can rely on.

1. No guarantee of accuracy

We work hard to keep our tools correct and up to date, but we make no promises, express or implied, that any tool, result or piece of content is complete, accurate, reliable or suitable for your purpose. Converters, formatters, calculators and generators can contain bugs, and browsers and devices can behave differently. Always check important results before you depend on them.

2. Not professional advice

Our tools do not replace advice from a qualified professional:

• Health: the BMI calculator and similar tools give general estimates only. They are not medical advice or a diagnosis. Talk to a doctor about your health.
• Money: the loan, percentage, tip and other calculators produce estimates. They are not financial, tax or investment advice, and a lender's actual figures may differ.
• Legal and compliance: tools such as the contrast checker help you review your work but do not certify that a website, document or product meets any law or standard.

3. AI-generated content

Some tools use artificial intelligence. Chat with PDF answers questions with Google Gemini, and the Random Human Picture Generator shows AI-generated faces of people who do not exist. AI can be wrong, incomplete or misleading, even when it sounds confident. Verify AI answers against the original document, and do not treat them as professional advice.

4. Translations

The Language Translator uses automatic machine translation. Translations can miss context, tone or meaning. Do not rely on them for legal, medical or other critical text without checking with a fluent speaker or professional translator.

5. Test data generators

The Fake Identity Generator, Fake IBAN Generator and similar tools create fictional data for software testing, design mockups and education only. Any resemblance to real people, accounts or addresses is coincidental. You must not use generated data to deceive anyone, commit fraud, open accounts or impersonate others.

6. Downloaders and third-party content

Video and thumbnail downloaders only work with publicly available content, and you are responsible for making sure you have the right to download, use or share it. Respect copyright, the creator's rights and each platform's terms of service. ToolzHive does not host, own or endorse any third-party content.

7. Security tools

The Password Generator, Hash Generator, JWT tools and encoders are provided for convenience and learning. They are not a substitute for a professional security review. Keep sensitive keys, tokens and passwords out of shared or untrusted devices.

8. Your files and results

Most tools process files in your browser, but data can still be lost, for example if a browser tab closes or a file is damaged. Keep a backup of your original files and check every downloaded result before you delete the original.

9. External links

ToolzHive may link to other websites and use third-party services such as Google, YouTube and Vimeo. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices and are not responsible for them. A link does not mean we endorse the site.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolzHive and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, its tools or their results.
