Report an Issue

For a specific tool

Use the report option near the bottom of that tool’s page. It connects your report to the affected tool. You can find the tool here.

For site or content problems

Use the contact form with the bug topic selected for broken links, accessibility problems, incorrect instructions or issues that affect multiple tools.

What to include

1. The page URL and tool name.
2. Steps to reproduce the problem, including inputs, units and selected options.
3. What you expected and what actually happened. Include a formula or reference for calculation concerns.
4. Your browser and device, and any error message.

Use a small, non-sensitive example. Do not send passwords, private documents or patient details. The Privacy Policy explains how contact messages are handled.
