Medical Review
Review status should be explicit and verifiable.
Current documented status
No named medical reviewer, verified clinical credentials or dated clinical sign-off is documented on this page. Do not assume a tool has been medically reviewed because it appears in a health or medical category.
When a category has a published methodology review, the category and its tool pages display the reviewer and review scope. Consult that record for the specific coverage; it does not establish clinical review of every result.

What a review record should include
A verifiable record should identify the reviewer, their relevant qualifications, the specific tool and version reviewed, the review date and the scope of the review. A formula citation alone is not evidence of clinical review.
Understanding a result
Medical and health calculators provide estimates for education and reference. Their results do not replace advice from a qualified professional. Read the individual tool’s assumptions and limitations, as well as our Methodology and Disclaimer.
Report a medical content concern
Report an issue with the tool URL, a reproducible example and the reference supporting your concern. Use fictional values and omit patient information. For questions about review records, contact ToolzHive.
