  1. Paste Lines and enable Number lines if numbering is needed.
  2. Choose the number format and Start at, then enter any Prefix and Suffix.
  3. Set Skip empty lines and copy Result after checking spacing.

Yes. Turn off Number lines and use the Prefix and Suffix fields on their own.
