Extract every email address and URL from text, HTML or documents. Remove duplicates, filter by domain, sort and copy the results. Free email extractor.

About this tool

The email and URL extractor finds every email address and web link in any block of text, HTML source, CSV export or document you paste. It removes duplicates (ignoring upper and lower case), can keep only one domain, sorts the results and separates them with new lines, commas or semicolons ready for your email app or spreadsheet.

How to use Email & URL Extractor

  1. Paste text, HTML or data that contains email addresses or links.
  2. Choose whether to remove duplicates, lowercase emails, sort, or keep one domain only.
  3. Copy the list of emails or URLs, separated the way you need.

Worked example

Paste the HTML of a contact page and get sales@example.com and support@example.com as a clean list, plus every link on the page, with duplicates removed.

Is extracting emails legal?

Extracting addresses from content you own or have permission to use is fine. Sending marketing email to extracted addresses without consent breaks anti-spam laws in many countries.

Does it find links without http://?

Yes. Links that start with www. are found too.

Is my data uploaded?

No. Extraction happens entirely in your browser.
