View the HTTP response headers and status code of any URL, with a security header review.
How to use HTTP Headers Checker
Enter the page URL and choose GET or HEAD. Keep Follow redirects ticked to see the final page.
Click Check headers.
Read the status, redirect hops, every header and the security header review.
Worked example
Checking your homepage after enabling HTTPS should show a Strict-Transport-Security header. If it is listed as missing, add it in your server or CDN settings.
What is the difference between GET and HEAD?
HEAD asks for the headers only, without the page body. Some servers answer HEAD differently, so GET shows exactly what browsers receive.
Are cookies or logins sent?
No. The request comes from our server without your cookies, so you see what an anonymous visitor gets.
