About this tool

Combine several PDF files into one document, in any order.

How to use PDF Merger

  1. Drop at least two PDF files into the upload area or use browse to select them. You can add more files to the list.
  2. Use the up and down arrows to choose file order. Remove any file you do not want in the combined document.
  3. Click Merge & download PDF. Open the downloaded document and check page order before sharing it.

Worked example

To combine a cover letter and a portfolio, move the cover letter to the first position. The merger copies all its pages first, followed by all pages of the portfolio.

Can I select individual pages before merging?

This tool merges every page from each selected PDF. Use the PDF splitter or page organizer first if you need only selected pages.

Are my documents uploaded?

The merge operation reads and combines files in your browser. The PDF files are not uploaded by this tool. Large documents can take longer or exceed available device memory.

Can it unlock protected PDFs?

The merger is not a password-removal tool. Protected or damaged documents may fail to merge. Use readable copies you are authorized to access, and verify the combined file before relying on it.

PDF processing on your device

PDF merging runs in your browser. The selected documents are not uploaded by this tool.
