How to use Touch Screen Test

  1. Open full screen for the best test.
  2. Swipe across every part of the grid with one finger.
  3. Place several fingers at once to check how many touch points are detected.

Worked example

If one strip of the grid never turns green however many times you swipe it, that part of the digitizer is not responding.

How many touch points should my device support?

Most phones and tablets support 5 or 10. The page shows how many your device reports.

Can I test with a mouse?

Yes, drawing works with a mouse, but multi-touch needs a touch screen.
