How to use the Peptide Reconstitution Calculator

Work out concentration and syringe units for a reconstituted peptide dose.

  1. 1 Enter the amount of peptide in the vial and the water added.
  2. 2 Enter your dose in mcg or mg.
  3. 3 Read the syringe units, volume and doses per vial.

Example and practical tips

A 5 mg vial with 2 mL of water is 2.5 mg/mL, so a 250 mcg dose is 0.1 mL, or 10 units on a U-100 syringe.

Frequently asked questions
